In this case study, we worked with a client to bring their vision to life, turning a leaf-inspired chain into a jewelry set.
Case Background
Our clients, an e-commerce brand, approached us for help with their Spring/Summer collection. The client’s vision of this project:
- A simple yet detailed basic jewelry set.
- The set needed to work as standalone pieces while also being perfect for layering with other jewelry.
- Manufacture products using stainless steel for its affordability, durability and hypoallergenic.
From Concept to Final Product
1. Designing
From a wide selection of chains, the client especially liked this leaf design and wanted it to be the focal point. We created several renderings and worked closely through revisions. The result? A stylish, wearable piece perfect for daily use.
2. Prototyping
Our skilled prototyping team quickly started working on the samples, through each step of electrolysis, polishing, material cutting, assembly, welding, and plating. Once the samples were completed, we photographed them for the client’s quick review and then shipped them to their company in France for approval.
3. Mass Production
The client was satisfied with the samples. So after their internal process, we received the bulk order. It took us two weeks to complete. Each process was under our full quality check, ensure the jewelry met the client’s expectations.
4. Delivery
Delivery: Products were securely packaged in carton boxes with foam for protection during transit. After a 7-day journey via international express and smooth customs clearance, the shipment reached the client’s warehouse. The client successfully launched their Spring/Summer collection on schedule, earning great popularity. We’re thrilled to have received positive feedback from their customers.
