Bringing a private label client’s vision to life required a deep understanding of their needs and a focus on quality. In this case study, we walk you through the custom development process of a geometric jewelry set and its branded packaging.
Case Background
The client came to us for a custom line — aiming to enrich their collection with fashionable, long-lasting pieces and refined packaging that aligns with their brand.
The project required us to:
- Design a whole jewelry set based on the client’s sketches.
- Manufacture the products using 316L stainless steel for long-lasting and hypoallergenic.
- Develop eco-friendly and stylish packaging.
From Concept to Final Product
1. Design Stage
The designer created renderings based on the client’s vision and confirmed stone colors through discussion.
2. Prototyping
- Prototypes were crafted using casting techniques and precise claw settings. It took 15 days to finish, after that they were been sent to the client for approval. The client was very happy with the quality and appearance, requesting only a small change to the extender chain.
- Meanwhile, packaging samples were being prepared. Options included cloth bags, carton boxes, and biodegradable bags. In the end, the client chose eco-friendly cloth bags with their logo printed on them.
3. Mass Production
After a period of internal processing on the client’s side, we received a bulk order for the samples. Production was promptly arranged, and we shared photos with the client at different stages to keep them updated on the progress. Each step of the process underwent thorough inspections to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
4. Delivery
Products were carefully packaged in carton boxes with recyclable foam padding to prevent damage during transit. After 7 days of international express delivery and customs clearance, the goods arrived safely at the client’s warehouse. Following their quality inspection, the client sent us positive feedback—their satisfaction is our greatest motivation!
